Order Delivery

  • What is the delivery process?

    Due to nature of our products, Embroidery Lab provides electronic delivery ONLY. After confirmed payment by PayPal (available without PayPal registration) you will be redirected to our website, where you can download purchased embroidery designs. Moreover, download link will be send to your e-mail address which you outlined in User registration form.

     

  • I haven’t received an e-mail with my order. What should I do?

    1. You need to check your SPAM folder in your mail system. Sometimes our e-mails can be identified as SPAM by your mail server. Please proceed to step 2 if you could not find our e-mail in your SPAM folder.

    2. Please use Contact us form on our website. Usually our customer service will respond within few hours. Please proceed to step 3 if you haven’t been contacted within 24 hours. (Please consider time difference between Australia and your own country)

  • Do you keep my debit/credit card details?

    No, we do not keep our customer’s debit/credit card details. Our payment procedure is handled by PayPal, so you will enter credit/debit card details on very secure PayPal website.
