• What is the delivery process?

  Due to nature of our products, Embroidery Lab provides electronic delivery ONLY. After confirmed payment by PayPal (available without PayPal registration) you will be redirected to our website, where you can download purchased embroidery designs. Moreover, download link will be send to your e-mail address which you outlined in User registration form.

   

• I haven’t received an e-mail with my order. What should I do?

  1. You need to check your SPAM folder in your mail system. Sometimes our e-mails can be identified as SPAM by your mail server. Please proceed to step 2 if you could not find our e-mail in your SPAM folder.

  2. Please use Contact us form on our website. Usually our customer service will respond within few hours. Please proceed to step 3 if you haven’t been contacted within 24 hours. (Please consider time difference between Australia and your own country)

  5. Complete Your Purchase: Follow the instructions to finalize your purchase. Once completed, both your purchased and free designs will be available for download in your account.

  Remember, the free design offer is valid with any purchase, even those starting from $1.50.

• How to place an order through the website?

  Once you find a design you love, click on it to view more details. Choose the file format compatible with your embroidery machine and click “Add to Cart.”

  Step 3: Add Free Designs (Optional)

  With every purchase, you qualify for a free embroidery design. Visit the “Freebies” section, select a free design, and add it to your cart.

  Step 4: Review Your Cart

  Click the cart icon at the top right corner of the page to review your selected items. Ensure that you have chosen the correct designs and formats. If needed, you can remove or adjust quantities.

  Step 5: Proceed to Checkout

  Once you’re satisfied with your selections, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

  Step 6: Enter Your Details

  Provide your name, email address, and any other necessary details. Your designs will be delivered digitally, so make sure your email is correct.
