At Embroidery Lab, we make ordering easy and hassle-free. Follow these simple steps to place your order and get your favorite digital embroidery designs instantly.
Visit Embroidery Lab and explore our wide range of embroidery designs. You can browse by category, theme, or search for specific designs using the search bar at the top of the page.
Once you find a design you love, click on it to view more details. Choose the file format compatible with your embroidery machine and click “Add to Cart.”
With every purchase, you qualify for a free embroidery design. Visit the “Freebies” section, select a free design, and add it to your cart.
Click the cart icon at the top right corner of the page to review your selected items. Ensure that you have chosen the correct designs and formats. If needed, you can remove or adjust quantities.
Once you’re satisfied with your selections, click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Provide your name, email address, and any other necessary details. Your designs will be delivered digitally, so make sure your email is correct.
Choose a payment method and enter the required details. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
After payment is complete, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your purchased designs anytime by logging into your account and visiting the “My Downloads” section.

Due to nature of our products, Embroidery Lab provides electronic delivery ONLY. After confirmed payment by PayPal (available without PayPal registration) you will be redirected to our website, where you can download purchased embroidery designs. Moreover, download link will be send to your e-mail address which you outlined in User registration form.
1. You need to check your SPAM folder in your mail system. Sometimes our e-mails can be identified as SPAM by your mail server. Please proceed to step 2 if you could not find our e-mail in your SPAM folder.
2. Please use Contact us form on our website. Usually our customer service will respond within few hours. Please proceed to step 3 if you havenāt been contacted within 24 hours. (Please consider time difference between Australia and your own country)
No, we do not keep our customerās debit/credit card details. Our payment procedure is handled by PayPal, so you will enter credit/debit card details on very secure PayPal website.
